央视财经援引工信部等三部门发布的《制造业人才发展规划指南》数据显示,到2025年,节能与新能源汽车人才总量预计达到120万人,人才缺口预计可达103万人。
与此同时,新能源汽车行业的人才招聘需求持续走高。
猎聘大数据统计显示,2023届应届硕士需求同比增长最快的新赛道中,新能源汽车排名第一,需求同比上升高达151.06%。在博士应届生需求同比增长最多的新赛道中,排名前几的AI大模型、智能制造、新能源、芯片等也与新能源汽车有所相关。
新能源汽车行业的求职人数也在迅速提升,从行业整体数据上看,求职人数涨幅甚至高于招聘职位的涨幅。
中国电子信息产业发展研究院、智联招聘联合发布的《2023年汽车产业人才发展报告》显示,2023年1至7月,新能源汽车业务领域招聘职位数同比增长18%,求职人数同比增长35%。
对新能源汽车来说,三电系统(电机、电控、电池))和智能化(智能座舱、智能驾驶)是核心技术,招聘需求也集中在这几个方面。
脉脉高聘发布的《2023新能源汽车中高端人才趋势洞察》显示,电池工程师是2023年最抢手的岗位,在新能源汽车行业中位居人才紧缺度榜首。模拟芯片设计、动力系统工程师、汽车电子工程师等与三电和智驾相关的职位进入人才紧缺度前十名。
该报告还指出,新能源汽车行业对人才的吸纳能力很强,人才流入是人才流出的1.65倍。而从行业间人才流动方向来看,除了传统汽车企业外,互联网是新能源汽车业最主要的人才来源。

The 2023 Automotive Industry Talent Development Report jointly released by China Electronics Information Industry Development Research Institute and Zhilian Recruitment shows that from January to July 2023, the number of job vacancies in the new energy vehicle business sector increased by 18% year-on-year, and the number of job seekers increased by 35% year-on-year.
For new energy vehicles, the three electric systems (motor, electronic control, battery) and intelligence (intelligent cockpit, intelligent driving) are the core technologies, and recruitment needs are also concentrated in these areas.
According to the "2023 New Energy Vehicle Mid to High end Talent Trend Insight" released by Maimai Gaopin, battery engineers are the most sought after positions in 2023, ranking first in talent shortage in the new energy vehicle industry. Positions related to three electronics and intelligent driving, such as analog chip design, power system engineer, and automotive electronics engineer, have entered the top ten in terms of talent shortage.
The report also points out that the new energy vehicle industry has a strong ability to attract talent, with talent inflows being 1.65 times that of talent outflows.
