辛国斌指出，受新冠肺炎疫情多点散发等因素影响，我国汽车产销4月同比大幅下降，新能源汽车快速增长态势有所放缓。工业和信息化部坚决贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，会同有关地方和部门迅速采取行动，组织搭建“汽车产业链供应链畅通协调平台”，建立部省（市）协同联动机制，累计推动解决企业物流运输和复工复产问题4000多批次，积极为汽车企业打通产业链供应链堵点卡点。在有关各方共同努力下，汽车产业复工复产取得阶段性成效，汽车产销逐渐恢复向好，触底反弹的动能正在集聚。根据乘用车市场信息联席会统计，5月1—15日，全国乘用车零售48.3万辆，同比下降21%，降幅较上月同期收窄13个百分点。

　　辛国斌强调，汽车产业是国民经济的重要支柱性产业，产业链长、涉及面广、带动性强，当前面临供给受阻、需求转弱的“双向压力”，必须坚持“需求拉动先行、供需双侧发力”，尽快扭转下滑态势，为稳住经济大盘提供有力支撑。一要积极促进消费，按照党中央、国务院部署，抓紧研究稳定和扩大汽车消费的政策举措，持续加大新能源汽车推广应用力度，促进汽车消费加速回升，以需求拉动供给，实现良性循环。二要全力稳定生产，继续发挥畅通协调平台、央地联动机制作用，持续完善“白名单”制度，推进汽车上下游协同复工复产，加强汽车芯片保供和大宗原材料稳价工作，全力保障产业链供应链畅通稳定。

　　辛国斌表示，我国既是全球最大汽车生产国，也是全球最大消费国，产业体系完整、市场需求多元，经济修复能力和自我循环能力都比较强。在党中央、国务院坚强领导下，在全行业共同努力下，随着疫情防控成效显现和相关支持政策出台，我国汽车产业一定能够克服困难，实现平稳健康发展。

Xin Guobin emphasized that the automobile industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy, with a long industrial chain, extensive coverage, and strong driving force.
