CATLL-宁德/弗迪电池来了

  “光这个电池成本就要十几万。”两个月前,在小米汽车技术发布会上,小米集团创始人、董事长兼CEO雷军强调,“我们还是要尊重科技,小米SU7是有理由的贵”。他认为,同等性能和配置的产品售价都在40万元以上。

  3月28日,小米汽车SU7发布会在北京召开,雷军宣布SU7起售价21.59万元,最高配29.99万元,将售价打到30万元以下。具体来看,小米SU7分为标准版本、Pro长续航版和Max版本,售价分别为21.59万元、24.59万元、29.99万元。

  在动力电池配置上,SU7标准版搭载73.6kWh弗迪磷酸铁锂刀片电池,CLTC续航里程700km;Pro版搭载94.3kWh宁德时代神行电池,CLTC续航里程830km;Max版搭载101kWh宁德时代麒麟电池,CLTC续航里程为800km。

  在充电方面,小米SU7全系支持快充,标准版采用486V全域碳化硅平台,15分钟快充补能 350km,“比对手特斯拉Model3焕新版多 100km”,雷军宣称;Max 版搭载 871V 高压平台,15分钟补能510km。

  在上次的发布会上,雷军曾表示,小米汽车采用的800V碳化硅高压平台,系由小米、宁德时代的上千名工程师历时两年完成,并且是真高压。“而很多友商号称800 V的车实际上不到800 V,大部分只有700 V,个别甚至只有600 V”。

  值得注意的是,在小米发布会当天中午,宁德时代官方微信公众号发文称,两款新产品将在当晚发布首发车型。宁德时代神行电池与麒麟电池全能系列将正式亮相,将有更长续航、更高性能、以全球最严苛的电池安全标准,为广大用户打造极致安全性能。

  宁德时代表示,神行电池全能系列号称续航可达800+km,体积成组效率达到 77.8%,能量密度提升 10%;麒麟电池全能系列电池动力储备超1000马力、4倍散热面积。

  据电池中国了解,装载神行电池和麒麟电池的车企并非小米一家。今年2月,奇瑞汽车宣布,旗下星途星纪元 ET 汽车将全球首搭宁德时代神行超充电池,号称“充电10 分钟,神行 400 公里;-20℃ 24 分钟 20% 充至80%”。

  除此之外,被认为是小米SU7最大竞品之一的极氪001全新版本也于今年2月发布。全新极氪001采用全栈800V高压系统,提供两款动力电池选择,分别为95kWh的神行电池和100kWh的麒麟电池。

  搭载神行电池的极氪001拥有675km的续航,最大充电倍率达5C,电量从10%充至80%仅需11.5分钟;搭载麒麟电池的极氪001续航里程达750km,最大充电倍率4C,15分钟便可将电量从10%充至80%。

On March 28th, the Xiaomi SU7 press conference was held in Beijing, and Lei Jun announced that the starting price of the SU7 was 215900 yuan, with a maximum configuration of 299900 yuan, and the selling price will be reduced to below 300000 yuan. Specifically, the Xiaomi SU7 is available in standard, Pro Long Range, and Max versions, priced at 215900 yuan, 245900 yuan, and 299900 yuan respectively.

In terms of power battery configuration, the SU7 standard version is equipped with a 73.6kWh Ford lithium iron phosphate blade battery, with a CLTC range of 700km; The Pro version is equipped with a 94.3kWh CATL Shenxing battery, with a CLTC range of 830km; The Max version is equipped with a 101kWh CATL Kirin battery, with a CLTC range of 800km.

In terms of charging, the entire Xiaomi SU7 series supports fast charging, and the standard version uses a 486V universal silicon carbide platform. The 15 minute fast charging can replenish 350km of energy, which is "100km more than the updated version of the Tesla Model 3", claimed Lei Jun; The Max version is equipped with an 871V high-voltage platform and can replenish 510km in 15 minutes.

At the last press conference, Lei Jun stated that the 800V silicon carbide high-voltage platform used by Xiaomi Motors was completed by thousands of engineers from Xiaomi and CATL over two years, and it is a true high-voltage platform. However, many companies claim that cars with a voltage of 800 V are actually less than 800 V, with most having only 700 V and some even having only 600 V.


It is worth noting that at noon on the launch day of Xiaomi, the official WeChat official account of Ningde Times said that the first models of the two new products would be released that night. The Ningde Era Shenxing Battery and Kirin Battery Versatile Series will officially debut, with longer battery life, higher performance, and the world's most stringent battery safety standards to create ultimate safety performance for users.

Ningde Times stated that the Shenxing battery all-around series claims to have a range of up to 800+km, a volumetric efficiency of 77.8%, and a 10% increase in energy density; The Kirin battery all-around series has a power reserve of over 1000 horsepower and 4 times the heat dissipation area.

According to Battery China, Xiaomi is not the only car manufacturer that carries Shenxing batteries and Kirin batteries. In February of this year, Chery Automobile announced that its Star Journey Era ET Automobile would be the world's first to use the Ningde Times Shenxing Supercharged Battery, claiming to "charge for 10 minutes, Shenxing for 400 kilometers; charge for 20% to 80% in 24 minutes at -20 ℃.".

In addition, the all-new version of Jike 001, which is considered one of Xiaomi's biggest competitors in the SU7, was also released in February this year. The all-new Extreme Krypton 001 adopts a full stack 800V high-voltage system and offers two power battery options, namely the 95kWh Shenxing battery and the 100kWh Kirin battery.

The Extreme Krypton 001, equipped with a Shenxing battery, has a range of 675km and a maximum charging rate of 5C. It only takes 11.5 minutes to charge the battery from 10% to 80%; The Extreme Krypton 001, equipped with a Kirin battery, has a range of 750km and a maximum charging rate of 4C. It can charge from 10% to 80% in 15 minutes.
