Upgraded products were unveiled at the Chengdu Auto Show, combining sporty design and smart technology

At the 2024 Chengdu Auto Show, Dongfeng unveiled its brand-new "Co-Creation Edition" and "Renewal Edition," marking a new development phase for the brand on its first anniversary. A total of six models were released, with the most eye-catching being the limited "Silver Anniversary" color introduced to celebrate the brand's one-year milestone.

The Co-Creation Edition features significant sporty upgrades, including a black roof, sporty wheel trims, and front grille accents, giving the vehicle a younger, more dynamic look. The rear's full-width light cluster, matched with the body trim's consistent lighting design, enhances the car's cohesive and sporty vibe. Additionally, the exclusive red and yellow color scheme at the rear, combined with a large rear spoiler and exaggerated front lip design, further emphasizes the vehicle's sporty character and attracts many young consumers.

The Renewal Edition retains the classic design of the current model but adds more aggressive elements, such as a full-width air intake below the front and "fang-like" decorations, giving the vehicle a more powerful presence. The front headlights feature unique C-shaped daytime running lights, which further enhance visual impact.

Inside, the JF-S3 boasts a sleek and modern design with more intelligent and practical features. The interior includes a 5-inch LCD instrument panel and a 12.8-inch floating central control screen, supporting smartphone connectivity, App remote control, and a 540-degree surround view function, offering a more convenient user experience. The interior also features diamond-stitched trim, enhancing overall quality. The new car is equipped with a two-spoke multifunction steering wheel, and the intelligent cockpit supports voice control, adding to the tech feel. Notably, the seats can be "one-touch reclined," instantly converting the interior space into a "double bed," increasing practicality and comfort.

In terms of power, the Dongfeng JF-S3 is equipped with a front-mounted single motor producing a maximum of 95 horsepower. It supports super-fast charging technology, capable of charging from 30% to 80% in 30 minutes, and 8 minutes of charging can provide an additional 200 kilometers of range. The model with a 31.45kWh battery has a CLTC range of 330 kilometers, while the 42.3kWh battery model offers a CLTC range of 430 kilometers. Additionally, the new car features an external power supply function, adding more convenience for outdoor activities.

Regarding driving assistance systems, the new car includes ADAS Level 2 intelligent driving assistance functions, such as Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR), and Intelligent Cruise Assist (ICA), and has also added FAP automatic parking function.

Since its launch, the JF-S3 model has been well received by users. Junfeng Company has already sold this model worldwide, allowing the "Dongfeng.Junfeng" economical SUV to reach global markets.
